The plant you are looking for is also called the Purple Jade Vine and the flowers are lovely. But this plant is more common in China than in the States. The only source I know of is from a site that offers trades on plants. Check out davesgarden.com to find someone looking to trade, buy, or sell the plant. Another idea is to contact the nearest conservatory or botanical garden in your area. They may not have the vine but they will have contacts on where to order this tropical plant.
