That looks like the chenille plant or Acalphya. It is also called red hot cat tails. It likes hot weather and will not survive cold winters. Yours looks like a new variety as the furry flowers are usually longer and this plant is often grown as house plant. Pretty cool plant. Keep growing, Marianne Binetti
